Smile Ranch SLC has been great. My child needed orthodontics and they do great work with competitive prices. The most notable factor however is how flexible and easy to work with they have been. They’re accommodating when appointments need rescheduling, they helped me navigate my insurance options, and they allowed a payment plan. They even helped arrange it so that my ex-wife and I can pay our halves of the costs individually as directly, sparing us the rigmarole of having to go back and forth with each other all the time. I highly recommend.

Our experience has been great. The assistants are kind and knowledgeable. Dr Jensen knows what he’s doing. Appts are fast. I got quotes at a few places and felt best about this one. The staff just made me so comfortable. We go to the Millcreek office and I love the local art they use to decorate the office. Almost done with child #2. Oh and you can get the clear brackets for the same price as metal. Some of my daughter’s friends are jealous that their parents didn’t pick our ortho because of that!

Ease of making appointments is sometimes a challenge but mesh their availability with ours is more the challenge and Smile Ranch does their best to be as accommodating as possible in these situations. LOVE Dr. J and his awesome staff! We’ve been seeing him since the first set was put on my son on 9/11/01 and we have had braces on 5 people and getting consults for 2 more. My family has the best looking smiles and the process was so easy and the price was really affordable. Dr. Jensen has the best staff, super caring, fun nice people! They remember each and every one of our names when we call in — even when it has been years and years; they are all just genuinely good people. We get treated like family and I would definitely recommend them to anyone–and I always give his name when people ask for a recommendation! They are the VERY best!!

It was my first time getting braces and I was a little bit nervous as to how it would go, but everyone there was very nice and very comforting. They made small talk to help me relax. They were very attentive to my sensitive teeth and were careful to avoid my most sensitive spots. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jensen for anyone who is nervous to get braces because the staff makes sure that you are comfortable before anything else 🙂

Great experience! My teeth look great! Dr Jensen makes sure your teeth look perfect before he lets you go. He treats you like a member of the family. The assistants are really great and competent in what they’re doing. I’m a dental hygienist and I’ve seen a lot of post ortho patients and Dr Jensens patients always look perfect.
